Deluxe Shine Detail provides professional car detailing services in Vancouver, British Columbia. Our services include but are not limited to interior and exterior detailing, paint protection, and ceramic coating.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Customers must schedule an appointment in advance.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Failure to cancel within the required time frame may result in a cancellation fee.
• Deluxe Shine Detail reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, equipment failure).

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All payments must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept cash, credit cards, and other specified payment methods.
• Additional fees may apply for excessively dirty vehicles or special requests.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service.
• Deluxe Shine Detail is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items left inside the vehicle.
• Customers should disclose any known issues with their vehicle’s paint, upholstery, or mechanical components before the detailing service begins.

5. Liability & Damage

• While we take the utmost care in providing our services, Deluxe Shine Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects.
• If damage occurs due to our negligence, we will assess the situation and determine a fair resolution.
• Customers must inspect their vehicle upon service completion and report any concerns before leaving our premises.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

7. Warranty & Protection Services

• Ceramic coatings, sealants, and protective treatments come with specific warranties outlined at the time of service.
• Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear, neglect, or improper care by the customer.
